The best fried fish I've had in some time from any restaurant. The food is so good. I had the fried fish platter and you know I had to pair it with mac and cheese and yams. They don't just give you small pieces of fish either. I was so full but I couldn't stop eating. I am a person who doesn't like reheated fish but the next day I popped it in my small convection oven at 350 on warm 5-10 minutes and it was still good. Food is flavorful and seasoned well. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful. Us girls love a good aesthetic especially for photos. I would definitely host a private event here. Let's talk about the staff: When I went there were a couple of young people working and shout out to them because they were very professional and I loved that. This is a black female owned business and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her sister they were all so welcoming, nice and attentive. I went during Wadsworth day so they were'nt operating as they normally would. I can't wait to get back for the full experience. I still give them a 10/10

I ordered the seafood egg rolls as an appetizer and the seafood trio served over creamy grits for my entrée. The dish was presented attractively, and the grits were rich and well-seasoned, but the lump crabmeat in the trio arrived cold. The staff addressed the issue immediately: our server apologized, took the plate back, and the kitchen sent a freshly heated replacement within minutes. The corrected portion arrived hot and properly seasoned, and the rest of the meal was enjoyable. Service throughout the visit was excellent... attentive, courteous, and prompt... and the dining room itself had a warm, inviting atmosphere with comfortable seating and pleasant background noise that made the experience relaxing. Overall, despite the initial issue with the crabmeat, the quick resolution, outstanding service, and welcoming ambiance left a very positive impression! I will definitely be back.

Very nice establishment and food was good. Only thing I would say is that please do not run a special for 10 dollars and only give 4 wing dings. Just charge more or dont have the special at all. I did buy the 10 dollar fish special which was a nice portion. I would def return

We did not have a reservation, but they accommodated us. My brother and I really enjoyed our shrimp fried rice, fried wings, fried shrimp and strawberry lemonade. Ordered Mac and cheese and yellow rice to go which was also delicious. Very nice and quaint restaurant. The service by Stephanie was great. We will definitely support again.

I was lucky to stumble across this place during Wadsworth Day. A cozy, beautiful, intimate place, family run, all felt welcome. I came in after reading the billboard advertising a Wadsworth Day special and had the cashier talk me into an upgraded meal. Sold, and thank you, young man, for a delicious experience. Every bit of the large shrimp and the waffle fries were very well seasoned. Will, absolutely, be back with family. Very much recommend.
